Returns
Products are eligible to be returned if the following conditions are met:
- The item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is in an unused and commercially resalable condition.
- The Item is in the original packaging or shrink wrapping.
- You have a valid RMA from our support team
If the item falls outside of these guidelines, it is only eligible to be serviced under its warranty.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded at all due to the nature of their design. These items are:
- Gift Cards
- Completed Services
- Installation Fees
- Shipping Costs
- Downloadable Software Type Products
- Custom Ordered / Custom Designed Items
- “As-Is” or “No Return” or “No Warranty” Items
- Items that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returned item has any data or information stored on a memory or storage device, CCL Controllers LLC. shall not be responsible for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange, or for the loss of any data or information, or to maintain the confidentiality of any data, or information still residing on the returned product.
If you are approved, we will refund you for the returned items in the same way you paid for them.
Defective Merchandise / Warranty Claims
Defective merchandise is required to be returned to examine if a defect exists. If a defect exists, the product may be repaired or replaced, or a credit may be issued, depending on the item. Most warranties do not cover shipping costs.
Credit for defective items are issued only after an item has been deemed to be defective. If a defect does not exist, the product will be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost to have the item shipped back. If arrangements have not been made to return the item within 15 days, the product will be considered forfeited by the customer and will be discarded.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Damaged items or boxes must be reported immediately to the delivery driver and / or the shipper and damage must be noted immediately to make a claim. If boxes are visibly damaged, we recommend opening the boxes in the presence of the delivery driver or possibly even refusing the shipment depending on the condition. Our boxes are well packed when they leave the warehouse. All items are tightly packed. Damage is the responsibility of the freight company but must be reported properly.
Restocking Fees
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Based on the condition of the item and the sole discretion of the support staff, the restocking fee could range from 0% to 15% of the cost of the item.
Restock fees and shipping costs do not apply to items returned as a result of an error on the part of CCL Controllers LLC.
Free Shipping
Returned orders that received free shipping will be subject to a $10 fee or the actual shipping amount whichever is greater to cover the cost of shipping.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us via email or phone to receive an RMA number. Instructions will be provided to you to ship your items back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Price Match / Adjustments
We do not offer post-purchase “re-ring” price matching on product prices.
Changes to This Policy?
You can review the most current version of the Return Policy at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Return Policy at any time and for any reason by posting updates and/or changes to our website. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of the Return Policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to Return Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
